Mortgage free - next step

Hi all
Finally paid our mortgage off in October this year. (value approx 200k) Sweat, hard work and tears at times.
We have now brought a 3 bed terrace for 101k, borrowed against mtge free house and plan to rent out in a couple of months. Will be overpaying on mtge and long term plan to sell main house and move to terrace in 5/10 years. (hope to have paid all mtge off by then and have 200k saving pot)
Best laid plans never straight forward.
