Hinari Slow Cooker instructions?

A friend has given me a Hinari Lifestyle One Pot Health Cooker (1.5l capacity), but cannot find the instruction book. I have never used one of these before but obviously it is not rocket science & recipes are easily available from magazines, online & library books. But I wondered if anyone has this model (SC170/GN 120w) & would be willing to let me have a photocopy/scan of the operating/care instructions.
All the recipe books refer to pre-heating (or not) the pot but do warn that not all models need this & the individual instruction book should be consulted. Which is the main problem!
Thanks in anticipation

manualsonline are often helpful but I can only find other people searching. Hope that you get some help here. There are lots of slow cooker threads and recipes available through old style which might help, starting with the slow cooker quick questions thread: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/271457

Thanks Eenymeeny. Also failed to find online manual, but found one for a similar size/spec for a different make. All I really need to know if it is OK to pre-heat the pot as every recipe book refers to this but says to check manufacturers manual. Grr! All other threads & forums I found so far only have generic recipes. Just need to find someone with this model.0

Hi Cashbag I have that slow cooker and manual there is no mention in the manual about preheating the pot and it's something I have never done ,after Christmas I can photocopy my booklet and send it to you but as a starter LOW setting cooking time 8 to 10 hours , High 7 to 8 hours , Warm only to keep food warm also if adding stock or water to the pot use boiling to reduce heating time . Hope this helps meantime
Have a great Christmas I pray for patience as strength might just get me in trouble !!!!0 -
Thanks Bigjenny - I had googled & got that number but I guess they had already closed for Christmas when I tried ringing & I was hoping to try the pot out before New Year (when I guess they re-open)
berrybug - you are a star! That really does help, as none of my friends have ever used one of these pots so I really am in the dark with it. I would be ever so grateful for a copy of the manual. I will PM you my email address & you can send it when it is convenient for yourself. If you able to scan as a PDF & send by email fine, if not let me have your address & I will send an sae.
MSE is such a helpful forum! Merry Christmas everyone!0 -

Found this information on-line about it. This is from an owner of one.The following info might help: Low - 8 - 10 hours cooking time; High - 7 - 8 hours cooking time; Warm - used to keep cooked food warm. For best results do not remove the lid until half the cooking time has elapsed and do not remove unnecessarily.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4
