I haven't been on here for some time, so I'm a tad confused: are there previous posts on this thread, as I cannot see/access any?!
Meanwhile, I would like to remind Customers that when they are returning items, they MUST be suitable to resell! You cannot come back with goods that labels, tags, etc, have been cut out/off, that have been washed until faded, wreak of smoke, worn until going threadbare, even weren't bought in that store, etc, etc!
This may sound obvious, but many a Customer tries to return an item, without a receipt, to claim their (or their Gift-Giver's) money. When it is queried, (politely,) the abuse or raving from the said Customer(s) is amazing, (not to mention often offensive and extremely unfair to the Staff,) and they make out that it is a perfectly reasonable request.
NO!! If you would like a refund, (and don't have a receipt,) exchange or credit voucher, and the Store says "yes", then be nice, because they DON'T have to give it to you, whether it be by card, credit voucher, gift card or cash.0
