Account statements - CCA 1974 refunds

All,

I have received a letter regarding a finance package I took out not to long ago which has been paid off stating that they owe me money due to statements not being sent on time:

"we were obliged to provide you with account statements under the consumer credit act 1974, unfortunately we recently discovered that a number of these documents hadn't been issued on time as a result of this your account will be credited"

Perfect time for xmas...
But this got me thinking, I have other paid off and outstanding finance accounts in my name which might also full into this CCA.

My question is:
How can I peruse this with the other companies to see if I am entitled to a refund? is there a template I can use?
