1. The promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Pernod Ricard UK their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. To enter: complete the survey, via the web link provided to you in the invitation email and supply your email address and submit to be entered into the prize draw.
3. Promotion Period: Entries must be received between 00.01 on 22nd December 2014 and 23.59 on 22nd January 2015.
4. No purchase necessary; however, internet access is required. Only one entry per person.
5. There are 20 prizes to be won in total. These each consist of 1 Jacob’s Creek case (containing 6 bottles of Jacob’s Creek wine of either red or white).
6. The first 20 valid entries drawn at random from all correct entries in the presence of an independent adjudicator shall win the prizes. In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner notification: All winners will be notified by email within 14 days after the Promotion Period. The winners will be required to respond to the email within 14 days of the date of the email confirming their acceptance of the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to see proof of age before the prizes are distributed. If the prize goes unclaimed the prize will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner in accordance with these terms.
8. Prizes will be delivered within 28 days from winner confirmation to a UK residential address.
9. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk votes or entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, bulk votes, votes by or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to vote), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.
10. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter and any affiliated companies are not responsible for any entry, generated by computer hardware or software, malfunction, error or failure.
11. Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.
12. The names of the winners will be available at Jacob’s Creek Nov Survey Winner List, Jacob’s Creek, Pernod Ricard UK Ltd, Building 12 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road London W4 5AN between 15th January and 31st March 2015.
13. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
14. As concerns UK residents, these terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
