They will take possession of the property as its a secured loan, if there is a shortfall this will fall into the B.R.
I was really hoping for some closure x0 -
Well I wrote the the financial ombudsman, and they agreed I should not be receiving mail when a payment is late and neither should they be reporting to my credit file.
Bank of Scotland have been very unhelpful, even when I did not write to accept the £100 as final closure of complaint...they actually credited the mortgage with the amount!
I would not have thought about going down this route without reading similar threads on here.
