Has anyone heard of/doing/done this?

Tried to search for some reviews, but I couldn't find any :huh:

They're having a Christmas sale atm and are charging $29.99 for a 6 week program. Been going to a bootcamp for the last month and started following health/fitness accounts on Instagram, which is where I saw this.

Anyone help? It looks ligit, but you cant always tell!

Yes, but the website says it's for worldwide use. The program is emailed to you, you get access to their members forums/smartphone app etc. There are reviews from people in Europe as well as the USA. I've purchased e-books before in dollars.

I had a look at the web site.
Looks a very intensive programme. I suppose the only question you have to ask is are you the sort of person who can maintain a commitment to a programme involving all aspects. Have you proven to yourself that you have the personal discipline to make it work.
