Energy and Infrastructure Report

Hi All,
We are in the process of buying a property and one of the reports has turned up something I am completely unfamiliar with.
Our solicitor has written to say the energy and infrastructure report "notes that the property is close to an area where there is potential for energy exploration and investigation". He has written to HSBC to advise them.
HSBC have passed this to their legal team who are assessing if it affects the mortgage valuation. Does anybody know what their attitude is to these situations?
Background info- the house is a 2 minute walk from a large academy high school and a 15 min walk from a very large hospital. I doubt anybody would risk making the ground unstable for either of these sites.

Just updating incase anybody comes across this thread when searching with a similar problem. HSBC decided (after an agonising 2 week wait) the valuation is unaffected, yay!:rudolf: DF by Xmas 2018: #83 £8,250/£15,000 55% :rudolf:
