advice on defaults

Trying to get a mortgage but have a default which will be six years old in August 2015. The default was £1711 satisfied in jan 2013.
No late payments for the last two years.
Earnings for my husband and me are 55, 000.
We want a mortgage for around 199, 000, we have a 15% deposit.
Sufficient savings of around 15, 000.
Can anyone advise on the liklihood of obtaining a mortgage and at a decent rate?

There will be lenders who would accept it now subject to everything else stacking up. Potentially at normal high street rates.
