Why aren't you on the electoral roll. This is the most basic of requirements.
  • Hi I am on the electoral role just that experian equifax and noodle havent updated there records.

This is just a general statement when i go to se a mortagage adviser i dont need to know that i cant get one i need ADVISE on whats wrong and how to get one. The previous one i dealt with came back with i am out of options. I refuse to believe that there are thousands of people like me who have no bad credit, just lack of history being treated as not suitable.

If anyone can recommend (if thats possible on the forum if not i appoligise in advance. ) the best person to speak to on how i fix this.

    Many thanks

    Hi Danny

You have a number of curve balls here and it appears you have not be getting the correct advice.

You are not likely to get it from the money section in The Times - from what you have said so far it appears you will not meet criteria for either Clydesdale or Nat West.

Engage a broker with some experience in this area but do not be surprised if you cannot achieve what you intend.

  • Thanks for the reply and i agree with everything you have said. What are the curve balls you mentioned and once fixed will it help.
