ccj and a mortgage

We had an aip done last night with natwest. I had a ccj which I was convinced was in December 2008 but after checking my credit report today it's showing as July 2009. I have no late payments since the ccj and we bank with natwest and I have obtained a credit card from them no problem around 2 years ago my partner has no blemishes on his report. There is search showing on my report from the aip yesterday, does this mean that any serious issues such as the ccj would have shown up then? How are natwest with approving full applications after aip?
thanks

NatWest will perform a full credit search upon receiving the full mortgage application.0
