CCJ traceable after 6 years?

In August 2001, I was on the receiving end of a CCJ that I paid off in full in September 2002. By Friday of next week, this CCJ will have disappeared off my credit history.

But what I'm wondering is this: is it possible for that CCJ to still be traced by someone looking through court records rather than running a check through Experian, Equifax and Callcredit, or has it really gone for good?

Many thanks.

Sorry, everyone, I posted this in the wrong place.

Mods: please can you move this to Debt-Free Wannabe? Thank you.

The ccj will still be on the electronic court records as these are never deleted. However under Data Protection Act your details wouldnt be disclosed to a Third Party.

The paper court file would be destroyed after 6 years

Thanks, Penguin83. That's sort of what I thought.
