Help Please!
I have been refused a mortgage because of missed payments on my credit report. This has turned out to be for a Vodafone contract I knew nothing about. I tried to fight this with Vodafone but got nowhere, so I took my case to an ombudsman and they have agreed with Vodafone and the bad marks will stay on my credit file for 6 years!!!
I am completely stuck now and am considering if to take it to a small claims court? But that could take all my savings??
Any advice would be much appreciated.

You deny entering into a contract with Vodafone.0 -
They say it was taken out online and I was sent confirmation, but I had moved out of the address a year ago and was only aware of these missed payments when I applied for a mortgage.0

You have not answered the question.
Small claims court costs about £70-500 - google mcol. It would be the solicitors that charge for their time that costs.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
