Ex Bankrupt

Options
Been on here before but still a little worried.

I am an ex-bankrupt (discharged since 2004) and my fiancee had an IVA in 2007. Both of which are not on our credit files.

I have a barclaycard with 5K on it (paying it off 0% over 36 months) and we wish remortgage our home.

We are looking for 107K, house worth 185K. Income 56K (both).

Am I right to be concerned considering I am an ex bankrupt or given that it was 10 years ago would I get a mortgage?

Thanks

The history you suggested is not a barrier in itself.

You would benefit from applying via a mortgage broker.
