A riddle

Ok so this is a little odd but I'm after a riddle!
I'm going to do a treasure hunt on Christmas Day for my husband to find his gift, I've done quite simple riddles such as you look at me and see yourself, a mirror!
There are harder ones ;-)
Anyway I would like the last riddle to lead back to me (his wife ) so I can actually give it to him, I just can't seem to think of anything. Is there any witty people out there that can help

We may be able to help with other riddles, but I would have thought that things you could say about yourself in a riddle for your husband would be best coming from you.
You may want to include special names you call each other, etc.

Can you use the digits of your wedding date as a combination lock, of course you're relying on him knowing the date!

This comes from: wherever you were born
Made in: your birth year
Found in: where you met
Joined in: year or place you married
