Can I please join in?
I am currently in my final year of a degree. When I finish in May I will obviously get no more student finance and until I find a new job will have to survive on a part time wage. So, anything I can make/save will be a nice safety cushion.
I aim to save mainly though selling items no longer needed and through survey sites.0 -
£42.35 so far just from two sales.
It's been a while since I've had more than an odd item to sell so looking forward to seeing that number mount up!0 -
Used amazon trade in and webuybooks today to dispose of some books i had lying around. I was surprised at the price variance between the two so i checked both before committing to sell to one or the other.
£67.21 coming my way for those.
Sold a "remote control tester" i had lying about on ebay for £14.99 - £12.00 or so clear after postage and fees.
One of my items from the £90 batch of stock sold for £15.99 too so pleased there. Most of the rest of it is on auctions finishing sunday night.
Only fly in the ointment is the £200 of stock i bought. No word from the seller its been dispatched yet and i could be doing with it soon as nearly all my stock will be gone once these auctions finish on sunday.0 -
Can I join too please? Now I'm debt-free 👍 I want to keep up with the savings and be able to help out more at home too! Although I think I've cleared my ebay-able stuff.£2015 in 2015 - £45.51/£20150

I am off the mark! I have a jar that I keep the cash in when I sell any items on Facebook etc. usually we dip into this to pop to the shops or order a take away, but I am putting a stop to that. What goes into the jar will now be kept as savings. I have totted up what's in there so far and we have a grand total of £9.14! I have also listed some items for sale on Facebook. One item has sold for a whopping £1, but I will add them to my total when the item is actually collected tomorrow.0
