I hope it's not too late but I'd like to join this challenge! I have a £15 debt which really needs to be cleared.
I'm planning to clear out my wardrobe via ebay, vinted and depop then using the money earnt from here to buy more clothing from car boot sales and resell them.
Are you all setting up a different account so you can track how much you're saving?0 -
Hi,
Could I be added to the £2015 in 2015 challenge please?0 -
Between work, commuting and baby, I've struggled to get going on this but things have very suddenly picked up...
Realistically, I wouldn't be able to devote enough to time to things like surveys etc so I'm having to see where I can save money wherever possible, do the odd ebay listing here and there, selling old baby items, CDs, DVDs etc
I sold a rare Yankee Candle on eBay for £20 profit :j
But this is the biggie...
I've been paying £3,870 for my yearly travel on trains but I've looked into it and found that I can commute to my office by coach for £2,790 a year saving £1,086!!!
So my current total is £1,106 :T :T£1,106 of £2015 in 20150 -
Hi Money Saving Expert,
I'd like to take part in the £2,015 in 20115 challenge.
Been a lurker on the forums for a long time, looking forwards to getting more involved and saving some pennies!
Income Update #1
(Business 1) giving me a nice early £195 income to January so far...
Income Update #2
Had a meeting with our Mortgage Advisor; managed to reduce out mortgage by £75 a month, will help very nicely! (until I see the saving in my bank account I won't include this)
Also, had (Business 1) invoice paid of £56.50 going straight in to the pot.
Happy New Year
Regards, Charlie0 -

Received payment for the Facebook item I sold a few days ago, so that's an extra £10.0

Around another £50 sold on ebay last night. After fees and P&P (all needs to go signed for) I'll only be left with around £20. But hey ho - it was all unwanted 'stuff' taking up space, so can't really complain.
