    Thanks all. Solicitor has said this will not be a problem as all people who have paid us back our money have stated in a letter when and how much we lent to them a few years ago. It is not a loan... just our money paid back to us.

    Yes nationwide mortgage.. been a nightmare! Today the underwriters came back asking for both my husbands and mine p60s. .. my husband has his but I do not have one as I have just started being paid at work in april 2014 but started working in november 2013 permanent contract but 6 months unpaid probation period.. a small business I work for but contract gives me an automatic pay rise by 20% after my first year. Not sure what underwriters will say to this.
