Accord New Build

Has anyone any experience dealing with accord? We are applying for a mortgage and the advisor has advised us the best interest rate for 3 years fixed is 2.64% with 1200 for fees. This with accord. The interest rate after the 3 years is 5.79. We have our current mortgage with accord but have been on a variable rate over 5% for 2 years.
Situation now is we are applying for a new build and need a mortgage offer that will last 6 months as house not expected to be up until May, we are in Northern Ireland and have a 20% deposit. New build is 200000, looking to borrow 160000. Does the deal with accord sound good or is there better?
