Sorry, got the 2 muddled up.
I do think that with income over 39K going up 5K in a few years that a mtg might be possible once the LS comes. But can they wait 3 years? They waited this long. It is a hard one.
I would have thought, all those years in the service he must have been able to save something towards a deposit?0 -
Thanks everyone for the great input and feedback, I meant 66 when my state pension kicks in (typed 65 out of habit).
I was only in the services for 6 years and the CIS for 9.5.
You have given me a lot to ponder over.0 -
