Zip Heaters possible win??!

Got back from a week away to 2 UKMail "Sorry we missed you" cards.
No contact number on there (had to google them, and then I went through 3 wrong numbers to get hold of them!)
They then said they'd deliver today, but as I was due to be at work I said to leave the parcel with a neighbour. Came home - no delivery.
Rang them again to be told they can't deliver to neighbours (they can) and that as they'd tried 3 times (they tried twice) it'd be held at a depot (that I can't get to) and then sent back to where it came from.
They eventually told me it's from Zip Heaters UK Ltd in Dereham (got address and phone number) so I assume it's a prize.... but what is it???
Have emailed Zip Heaters and will ring them tomorrow if I get no joy. UKMail tell me I now have to contact 'the supplier' to arrange re-delivery as it's no longer in their hands (although it's in THEIR depot).
AAAARRRGGGGHHH!
