Can someone help me with Crowdflower please?

I just joined Crowdflower today as I wanted to earn by doing some tasks on Clixsense. So I signed up my account and got it verified and all that and went over to Clixsense to do my first task. Opened up the task, followed the instructions.

The instructions were to click on the search engine on the link they gave me and find the correct web page, which I did. Then I had to answer 2 questions.

I found the answers on the webpage so I typed them in to the relevant boxes and when I reached step 5 which was Verify - click this button before submitting, it kept telling me Your answers are incorrect. You must first follow the link above and complete the survey correctly.

:mad: I did follow that link and entered the details as I saw them on the website. What am I missing??? Does anyone else get this annoying incorrect error? The answers would only be incorrect if the website was telling me porkies!!!

    If it was the ombre hair one - it is awful. I never get the answers right.

    Try a fisher investment one - they are listed as finiancial surveys

    I started logging in via my Fb - I wish I could create an account seperately and not loose my stats

    Thanks for your reply. I didn't see anything about downloading any bookmarklet. Could I ask you where I would find this please?

    It was the Ombre hair one that I did. How can that website give me a price and then crowdflower tells me it's incorrect! I will give one of those fisher ones a try if I can find them. Thanks

    if your task requires a bookmarklet, it will tell you to download before starting. it is on instructions.
    Ombre hair - i dont touch it anymore as it is annoying. try other tasks i'd say

    Thanks. I've just tried another one to do with a human condition, which said it had been verified and doesn't seem to want to submit!

    I only have 3 tasks of which 2 are those annoying hair ones so will wait til tomorrow.

  • That one I said was submitting, I submitted it again and it finally went through and showed 1 task completed in my account. I thought that was the end of it.

    Then I went back to Clixsense and I haven't been paid for that task. I also tried to log back in to my crowdflower account but it said my username was invalid. I'm guessing the username could only have been my email address as I was never asked for a username when I signed up.

    I think I'm going to give up with these tasks, they're too much hassle than they're worth!
  • I log into CF via Fb. The way to get tasks to credit on Clix is to open the task from their page. Go into Clix complete tasks pick at task - then log in via Fb - that might work for you. Tasks do take a while to get your head round. Some are easier than others. But I'm no expert, you need katykicker or vampiregirl for that.

    Thanks for helping me. It's very confusing. I signed up via email rather than via FB, I don't use FB much.

    I also tried one of those 7 cent tasks and got half way through it until it wanted me to download that bookmarklet. I couldn't see any blimming bookmarklet thing to download anywhere. These tasks are not for me :(

    It'll either be in the instructions or in the task they'll be a box with Bookmarklet that you drag and drop on your Bookmarks toolbar

We are a helpful bunch and usually someone will be able to help you figure out what the problem is. Everyone is welcome and you can ask about all CF related questions, it doesn't have to be specifically about Neobux or Clixsense x

    With regards to me being an expert thanks haha :rotfl: but not so much :) I have a few problems with bookmarklet tasks. My advice would be to clear your cache, remove the bookmarklet from your toolbar and restart things. If it still doesn't work you can raise a ticket with Crowdflower via Clixsense, or whichever platform you are using.
