All in one printer?

Hello,

I currently have a Canon MP150 all in one printer, which is great but the ink is just so expensive. Can anyone recommend an all in one where the ink is fairly cheap. I'm a teacher so do a lot of colour printing.

Thanks

Take a look at the Brother Printer / Scanner's at Argos, from £39.99. plenty of cheap cartridges @£1.99 each delivered from Choice Stationery.

Have a look at Currys as well - bought an Epson DX4450 for £40 yesterday. First impressions are good - decent resolution, good simple/basic software package - can't fault it for the price (less than I paid for a scanner interface card 10 years ago!).

I bought one of these today! Excellent price & have checked the inks and they're around £10 less than what I was paying.

    Thanks for everyone's suggestions.

  • We bought an Epson DX3800 I find it great also a teacher so do lots of colour printing. Cartridges are cheap off ebay I think I paid about £20 pounds for 3 sets and you can refill them a couple of times if you get the right sort so even cheaper. Not great for top quality photos but fine for in school photos. Hope this helps.

Definitely go for a Brother. We have 3, and just upgraded to wireless. Compatible cartridges cost £7.95 for 4 off Ebay and the ink is great quality. Seller: cartridgeshop with free P&P
