Dilemma with my Shrek Tickets Win!

I was so excited yesterday when I won the runners up prize for four tickets to see Shrek The Musical from here:

However, they have now got back to me saying my tickets will be at Canterbury! This is a two-hour drive and the tickets have to be used midweek (so a school night). I had already checked our nearest showing and it was Southampton, so have emailed them requesting this, but haven't heard back yet. I thought it said 'your nearest city', but I reread it and it said 'a city near you'. I can't find the T&Cs, but I still wouldn't have classed a two-hour drive as a 'city near me'.

Maybe they have gone for Canterbury because it is on much sooner there than it is at Southampton.0

I think they should be happy to change them if there are tickets still available for the show you want. I won tickets for Sister Act a couple of years back and am pretty sure I stated Woking when I entered, but the WEM said I'd won tickets for Oxford.
I emailed them and they were happy to change them for me, so fingers crossed it'll be the same for you.0 -
