It seems you can claim from January 2003! till April this year.Who can claim a refund?
Anyone who entered a GMTV main competition, GMTV bonus competition or GMTV2 competition between January 2003 and April 2007.0 -
I entered once I think, a lot of hassle to get £1.30 back methinks.........

There dosn't seem to be anywhere where it asks when you entered & how many times. How would you remember dates if you don't have bills?0

If you withold your number like me, you have to have all your old bills to claim. So its not that easy: if you dont withhold, I think they have records of who called for certain dates. For other dates you still need a copy of your old bill showing their number.0
