Ta-da! Carrot and lentil soup, with a spicy twist!
The batch has been blended and put back into the big pot. Can I simply leave it there for 2-3 days, scooping out portions and heating them separately? Or so I just bring the entire pot to the boil each lunchtime?
Sorry I'm a soup noob! Presumably if it had a meat like chicken then you could only reheat once? Would you have to keep a meat based soup refrigerated?
Finally, sorry, I can freeze a few portions right? Thanks!!!

I make soup on a weekly basis. Usually a big pot then divide it into portions and free. Leave out in the morning what I want for lunch. You couldn't just leave it out in a pot it will go off would need refrigerating. Easiest is however to freeze portions use as required0
