Might help to know what material sofa is made from and what type of paint is on it?0

I believe the sofa is made from foam with a synthetic fabric covering.
It's a dark colour so we need to be careful.
I don't know what type of paint. It belongs to a friend and she discovered it when she returned to her house after tenants had left.
She doesn't know if it was from when the property was painted or whether children had been playing with paints.
It doesn't come off with detergent or a steam cleaner.0 -

I didn't think you were rude at all.
If I'd thought it through I would have realised that the answer would depend on the fabric and type of paint.0 -
Baby wipes are worth a try.The best portion of your life will be the small, nameless moments you spend smiling with someone who matters to you.0
