Guys, just to update you. I received a letter from the collections agency and they have informed me that they will NOT be pursuing me for any of the money as the house is solely in my ex-partners name !! Boom !!0

Whilst that is good news, they'll probably still be reporting the default on your credit file. So it's not a complete "win."0 -
My credit rating is shot to pieces over this whole thing anyway. It's taken me 2 years to sort this out, I have a restriction on the property and confirmation that I have no responsibility for the loan repayments, so boo_star, in my eyes it is a win. And Thankyou for trying to rain on my parade. Happy New a Year to you ��0
