It is relevant as a consumer topic. It's called "Online reviews vs Evidence of expertise" using Survey monkey. Just wanted to check this was OK or if there's anywhere else on here it would be more appropriate? I read the forum Rules FAQ's and can't see anything about this in particular (unless I've missed it).

The general subject of the validity and accuracy of online reviews interests me. Best way is to go ahead, you will know the answer when MSE towers jumps down your throat! :eek: If they can't be bothered to answer they shouldn't complain!0
