Work trying to get hubby to admit a medical problem that doesnt exsist

    Thanks everyone for the advice so far we've had a chat about it and he's going to continue to look for another job for now and see about getting in the union at work on monday just to make sure he doest get done over before he can find another job.
    Also if they want a chat in the office he will be saying that he wants a union rep present before any conversation takes place so that he has some sort of proof if they say anything out of line.

    although it seems theres something bad going on here, that most definitly shouldnt be going on, i think the important thing is ultimatly that your hubby can seek new employment and be confident in his abilities as a welder, wich it would seem he can,

    at the end of the day if there looking for an excuse to let him go, or just know they need to, the least they could do is send him on his way properly trained and with a glowing reference instead off all this negativity towards his health and skills, its just not right to treat people like that.
