Anybody tried Clickbank?

I got an email and their claim is they can help people who have never made money online?

I currently have 8 items on amazon that have not sold for 2 weeks now - and zero luck with ebay as well

    A google search brings this

  • Clickbank is a place where you CAN make money as an affiliate. However, anyone thinking it's easy should think again. I'm guessing the reason OP hasn't been able to sell his books at Amazon is the same reason I can't sell mine, too many other sellers with the same books.

Clickbank won't solve this problem. It;s not that sort of marketplace, it's a place for people to sell their original products. Go there and you'll see what I mean.

They operate a 60-day money-back guarantee which I've heard is solid. However, my main problem with it are some of the products. One guy was selling a book that I believe claimed to turned water into something unbelievable, cant recall what it was. If you want to be an affiliate just do a little research on the product you wish to associate yourself with.

I don't think Clickbank is the problem so much as the product producers.

It is fine however it needs a lot of time and patience. You need to market what you are selling, potentially setup landing sites and promote them to sell various products.

Also if you suddenly become inactive and don't sell in a while and you have balance remaining they take $50 or so for not using them so be aware

I sold my first product via the clickbank marketplace in 2010, but I don't use them now due to their ridiculous 60 day no quibble MBG and their non-existent customer service.

It's fine for affiliation, but it's sucks for a vendor, as you have no control :(
