short term rental belfast or within surrounding area??

Hi
Has anyone any experience or advice of where to get a short term rental somewhere in Belfast or surrounding area. We are currently sale agreed, probably complete all being well in January. As our house has fell through 3 times, worried about signing a contract , until we know is definitely going ahead.
We are hoping to purchase a new build that won't be ready until May /June.
Pretty stressed as have a baby due in Spring, scared we won't get anywhere. Thanks
