Turkey mince and hide the sausage ideas

I have turkey mince and sausages in the freezer. Determined to cook using both tomorrow.

The sausages were a yellow sticker job, very high mean content, but a bit dry (are gluten free). They're not popular just cooked up as sausages. I'm too mean to bin them, so want to do something with them to hide them.

And have never cooked with turkey mince before.

Planning a separate dish for each, not combining them.

Any ideas?

I might suggest sausage casserole, or cut them open and use the meat to make meatballs in a tomato sauce (use onion, garlic, paprika, and a dash of curry powder for a bbq sauce taste)

The truly mince can be used in anything you'd use mince for, so I'd consider a chilli or maybe make turkey burgers?

    What do you like?
That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.

You can use the turkey mince just the same as any other mince. I would make sausage casserole with the sausages.

Cut the sausage into bite size bits and make a curry.

you say you dont want to combine but you have got great ingredients there for a meatloaf or meatballs with the addition of some sage and onion stuffing.
otherwise sausage patties for breakfast, skinned mixed with a little onion and shaped into burgers. served with cheese slices in muffins like mcds
Sausage rolls, skinned sausage and pimped up
