90% LTV Mortgage on new build - first time buyers

Hi there,

Can anyone give me any recommendations on lenders that offer a 90% LTV Mortgage on new build houses? My wife and I will be first time buyers.

    No one qualified on here is going to recommend a lender without doing a full fact find on you I'm afraid.


    There are lenders that will do this though, subject to their other usual checks, Get yourself down to a local broker, do the full fact find, and they will be able to tell you if your likely to be accepted by one.
