Don't know about exact region specific but the macaroon is macaroon bars such as these http://www.amazon.co.uk/Lees-Original-Macaroon-Confectionery-Boxed/dp/B007NY90Z2 , usually you will get a choice of this and tablet0 -
I wouldnt start planning just yet . The list from the OP is almost certainly Scotland only . Remaiins to be seen if England & Wales will get any of the same.
The mushrooms should be UK wide, don't know about the Scottish centric offers.
