hi
does anyone know which lenders might accept tax credits as part of the mortgage repayments please? i have already got a mortgage but the rates are quite high and trying to change to a different provider is becoming impossible because of the strict rules relating to tax credits as a form of income.
regards
kezzy

Most will accepted atleast 1 of CTC/CB/WTC although the majority will accept more than 1 and some will accept all of them.
However it will depend on things like the childs age - a lot will disregard if the child(ren) are around the age of 14+, again some will disregard if the kids are younger than that.
Sorry to sit on the fence but you either need to get on the phone to the lenders or check the criteria on the website or speak to a broker.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
