Make sure you take proof (email) of the price of the item youve reserved as some prices are different in store or have changed since reservation. I reserved a fragrance last night at £6.99 and went to collect it today and was told it was £19.99. I was prepared for this as I had tried to reserve a second one this morning and saw the price had changed. There was no problem overriding the price after I had shown proof.
