Eligibility
1). This promotion is open to existing Sky TV customers who are residents of UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of any British Sky Broadcasting Group company (“Sky”), companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter the Promotion.
Promotional Period
2). This promotion opens at 16:00 on 12 December 2014 and closes at 23:59 on 5 January 2015 (the “Promotional Period”).
Entry Requirements
3). Online entry required. To enter this promotion you need to submit your full name, phone number and email address as required on the entry form at www.SkyChristmasPrizeDraw.com. You must be an existing Sky TV customer to enter the prize draw.
4). A maximum of one entry per household over the Promotional Period. Entries sent in through agents, third parties or multiple accounts will be disqualified. Entries that contain any sexual, offensive or defamatory content will be disqualified. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will also be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to not award prizes if qualifying criteria is not met and the right to select replacement entry into the competition element of the promotion.
Winner Selection and notification
5). Ten winners will be selected by a random computer generated draw on or around 6 January 2015 from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The winners will be notified by phone and email by 9 January 2015.
6). If the winners cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period or are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
