As an awkward grandparent (and parent, obviously) I never really know what to do with any photo books or similar. After they've been looked at they get put away in the bookshelves, to be possibly unearthed in the distant future.
With online sites like Facebook or shared cloud storage I've seen most of the photos before anyway. Maybe it's just me?0 -
My parents are the same - so for the last few years, they've had a little something (key ring, coaster etc ) from the grandchildren and then I've either made hamper of their weeks shopping or given them vouchers for the supermarket that they use. They can then spend their grocery money on something they want, not something I've decided that they want0
