I've been making & selling facecloth crackers - they are facecloth wrapped around a 50ml original source shower gel and tied with ribbon to form a "cracker" shape. Bit fiddly but they look great once done!

I'd play it safe with alcohol or chocolates, as in most cases they go down well.
Try the John Lewis website - they have a few ideas for Secret Santa gifts - there's some novelty gifts like table top table tennis for £10 and desktop calendars.
Or the Firebox website has some quirky gifts - I bought some Mince Pie flavored popcorn from there last year!
