Incorrect Judgement for Claimant

I received a CCJ for 22k. I returned the paperwork and made a monthly offer. I got a Judgement for Claimant (acceptance) back saying they had accepted my offer, but that i should send the £22k forthwith.
There is nothing in the boxes re monthly payments. Meaning I should pay the full amount in one go, I know I made the monthly offer.
Could this be a typing error or has this ever happened to anyone else

It seems odd that it says they accept your offer and then gives a forthwith judgement.
I'd probably give either the court or national debtline a call for their advice.
It is not unheard of for a judge to order a forthwith judgement even when a person has asked to pay in installments, this can happen particularly if the installments were so low that it would take many years to repay the debt. But if that had happened then I wouldn't have expected it to say that your offer was accepted.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
That's what I thought. I've written back to the court to query it. I tried to contact the claimant by phone but they wouldn't give me any details over the phone.0
