1. Never ever throw a coupon away until it has actually gone out of date.
2. Move quickly when there's a glitch. There's more chance it won't work the longer you dilly dally
3. Grab more coupons than you ever think you'll need
4. While its working grab as many as you need /want
5. Monitor your stash regularly. Watch out for mice weevils and bugs
6. Don't lurk - Stay in touch with the thread so you don't miss out on any bargains.
7. Rotate your stock regularly ensuring your BB dates are in the right order......particularly with yoghurts in the fridge.
8. Only buy what you need. It's not money saving to find rotten food under your bed
9. If it's cheap enough and it will store safely buy plenty. If you won't use it be generous and gift to the food banks.
10. If you have coupons you're not going to use, recycle them or take them to a supermarket and hand out to people buying the products or leave them on the products concerned for others to find and use
11. Stand your ground in the supermarket when you know you are right.
Thank you nanny:)
should 11 end, even though you might be wrong :rotfl:0 -
No. But I aim to rectify that shortly!
You?
I might have a wee one!
Mainly because I just had a knock at the door and another (less attractive but very nice nonetheless) man gave me two stoppered bottles of homemade cocktail to toast the NY.

Yes I certainly agree with number 1 (and the rest of the numbers fwiw). I had a coupon I didn't think I was going to use - required me to spend more than I was going to, but then I got a bit more back from one of my shops than I had expected (a bit more to the tune of £15 more:D:T:money:), so I did end up using the coupon after all. Thankfully I had not thrown it away. I didn't use all four of the cond.spends though - that would have given me £2.50:( in points - however, I'm better off even without the £2.50 as I would have given them a lot more than £2.50 had I used the additional cond.spend. Instead, I only used what I needed to - as much as saw me getting more money from the deal than them:money:. Selective use of coupons therefore. For example, regarding T, I only use coupons that give more CC points than the amount I spent. I wasn't going to use any of the 'money off's as they would still see me paying them any money:rotfl: - the only coupon I used was the free cheese (and not even happy with the smaller size of that than I expected:rotfl:).
M list is now finished again, btw. Not that it's of great use at this time of night on this particular date:rotfl:.0
