Lol.....this made me laugh! I grew up in a big Victorian terrace, 4 storeys. It was bloody freezing. We would go to bed layered up with so many blankets, you couldn't move under the weight of them!! The only warm room in the house was the kitchen. It had lovely fake wood panelling tacked to the walls. Still my fav house of all those I've lived in....or maybe it's just the happy memories?0 -
