We had a great day:cool: gave all the presents out but the main ones for ds1&2 which were penny boards
they opened all the gifts and ds1 was ok but said "I only asked for 1 thing" then went up stairs to moan on the iPad about not getting it:rotfl::rotfl: last year he would of had a big strop so I was impressed that he didn't go off on one:cool: then we asked the boys to get some towels and then they found them:D:D
How did it go for your lot FC and was the cheese pizza up to standard:rotfl:“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

Snap and Fourp I'm sorry to hear about your news and I hope Fourp's mother has a speedy recovery x
BB fairplay to you, it's satisfying leaving a job that brings you misery!
My Christmas has been so so. To be honest I'm pretty glad it's all over now, just not looking forward to a 12 hour shift at Westfield tomorrow  glad I only have 4 more shifts thereI did have some lovely Facetime chats with friends/family in the US and my brother today though. Also all the gifts I received were baking related so I finally applied for this
P.S. Emma I guessed all of your gifts bar one, (a rather disgusting One Direction annual - you know me so well :rotfl:) and particularly freaked out my mother when I picked up a book and shook it, then said 'it's a Great British Bake Off Book, it feels small enough to be the Christmas edition' and it was. :rotfl:'I solemnly swear that I am up to no good'0 -
PSN and Xbox live down :eek:Debt free 6th December 2014

Good evening and merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!
I don't get chance to post much on here these days as my job takes up a lot more of my time, but I try and keep up where I can and take part if I'm lucky enough to find out about things in time. I just wanted to pass on my many thanks to everyone who posts deals and offers and glitches here. Without you lot I would be a great deal poorer and a lot less wise about the meaning of a bargain.
On which note, I got a 4.4kg turkey down from £26 to £15 in Co-Op yesterday, dated tomorrow, just by asking when the reductions would be. It's not going to win any turkey deal of the year awards, but the important thing is that it will enable me to have a quiet and peaceful second Christmas dinner this weekend with just my lovely husband for company, which will mean the world
He's currently playing on his new xbox and is delighted with it, so final thanks go to all who offered suggestions for offers and ways to get a much-desired present for the best possible price. He got me a gorgeous Michael Kors handbag, so I'm feeling fortunate in many ways this evening :smileyhea
My thoughts are particularly with snap and fourp tonight, as I'm sure is the case for all of us here. Best Elite wishes and hugs to those who need them.
I'm off to bed to snuggle up in my electric blanket, so bring on the Boxing Day deals! Specifically, any white bathroom suites, tiles and accessories would be great as ours needs to be started this weekend or it will spring a leak! Fingers crossed for T 1p items0 -
