Evening all,
I've joined the "running the risk last minute Christmas turkey shopper brigade" (rtrlmctsb for short:rotfl:), does anyone have any ideas on when the reduced turkeys will hit the shelves in A or T ?
How many peeps are in the rtrlmctsb this year ?
Should we start a list:o

I know what you mean, I was having my baking day on Saturday and was really hungry for dinner, counted the plates I hadn't had chance to wash up and yep, forgot lunch :eek:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

What I would do is get a nice chicken as a standby and then try for a last minute turkey, but OH won't let me, had to get it in plenty of time and pay full price :eek: Admittedly at Lidl but still full price:(What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

I've got an emergency freezer-chicken, but I'm heading out tomorrow to look for reduced things0 -
Just been to Mr T and had a sneak peek at the fresh turkeys - there were loads which I hope means loads reduced tomorrow
If not I have another nice piece of beef coming tonight and will keep it on standby just in case!
