it says they use "verified by visa" but the process seemed to stall/reset before that ever appeared.

So I hit "pay now" again and it said "sorry, one per customer only" :think:

I went to "my vouchers" and saw nothing, but in "payment status" section it said "pending"

It took about 5 minutes for it to appear in "My vouchers"

Still not had any emails yet but the credit has already been applied to my amazon account :cool:

I didnt get the verified by visa screen either but 10 minutes later the voucher was sitting in my bespoke account, I added it to amazon and have just used it so anyone still waiting keep checking your bespoke account it will turn up.

This is exactly what happened to me (except I didn't see the payment status tab)
Didn't realise I could add it to my account already will do so now :j

I found one local to me and have booked for me and Greenfinger to go. Will report back tonight. I spoke to VT about going, but she is away seeing her dad.

I'm returning the tv I used as a computer screen to A today. I only paid £129 for it about 14 months ago. I spoke to cs, and they were no help, so wrote to ho, Result, they are refunding £89, as it is uneconomical to repair:j :T
I'm going to do a choccie shop to try out the lindt, and am quite happy to test anything else, let me know.
