Morning all
Just been out and spent £100 on groceries
It's got to the point where I'm so busy at work a glitchy pre planned shop isn't possible so had to bite the bullet and grab normal shopping.
I did say to DH we've saved enough in the last year that I can take a few days off money saving (well not off, just not stressing!)Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

How many people will have had the same idea ... Go in early to avoid the crowds, thus busy earlier and quieter late.
Nope, likely to be a crazy day shopping with people buying food as though the world is going to end . Perspective people - most shops are closed for one day only.

Am I the only one to struggle when muggle shopping ... I still end up checking MSM and generally batch my shop against competitors if a chance of a comparison. You know you are losing it when you scan items like 10p noodles (now 20p - how is that for price inflation this year?) to ensure the best match.

Weekend off to get some serious Xmas organising done. Head all over place as we were burgled on weds morning on broad daylight.
Smashed double glazed patio door and stole lots of electronics, jewellery and Xmas presents. B*******s
Hope people are having a better timeSPC 2015: #319 £10.65 / £500 Bulgaria tin0 -
Robert Dyas (a Q bonus) declined cashback!
But the paypal part of it is still tracked..... might have to add a couple more small shops to this, think i'm down to 14 now.
... and another thing, I wish I hadn't started chasing this one as now feel commited to completing it and will be annoyed if any of them are now declined and I don't get the bonus.
I have completed on my account but now need a few more items on Mrs Anon's account.
