It would put me off as I would still be able to see them. Out of sight, out of mind.
How are you SCAMPS? Hope life is treating you well. :A0 -
TrulyMadly wrote: »I read your post earlier celebrate and smiled to myself. I am the fussiest person in the world for diaries. It has to be week to view, have a flexible cover......can't bear hard backed diaries, loads of room for notes in the back, really good quality paper....the list goes on. I have bought a Letts diary for years and checked out Staples and Viking for my quidco bonus before I bought it....neither stock the exact one I need. It was either WHS or buy direct from Letts plus postage.
I'm loving it already and can't wait to start filling it in. How sad am I?:rotfl:hornetgirl wrote: »I'm a picky mare when it comes to diaries too. My sister always gets me the week to view soft cover Moleskine one. Trouble is, it's wrapped up so I can't get started on it yet, even though I'm itching to.
For the last couple of years I've vowed I'll only have it as a back up and will be all modern and use the one in my iPad, but I haven't succeeded yet. You can't teach an old dog new tricks
i was quite impressed with the selection, there were academic diaries, posh filofax type to pretty pink girly ones, i picked up the smallest one i could find and as the prices were so extortionate 7.49 for a pocket diary:eek: the 90% off brought it down to 75p about the price of normal shops:rotfl:
i've been living off the kitchen wall calender (free from O2 and WHSmith) this year, my life was on it...... i even took it to work:eek::eek: a couple of times....then i lost it:rotfl::rotfl: my whole life was on there i was totally lost, problem was all the extra agency shifts i'd been doing were on there....then my laptop conked out and we lost all the data and the memory stick i had all my invoices on snapped:o:o I had to eat humble pie from all the practices i'd worked at asking for copies of my own invoices for my accounts:p:rotfl:
DH has attempted to bring me into the current century and I've started adding to the calender on my phone but it's just not the same as a proper diaryGRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED
Please press the thanks button when someone has helped!0 -
