    The new slimming world meals are supposed to be a decent sized portion, they are going to be available in Iceland stores from 18th February priced at £3, Also, on the back of the box is the recipe for the meal so you can then make it yourself if you like it.
    I have heard they are doing.........

    Chicken tikka masala
    Hot smoked salmon farfalle
    Meat balls in spicy sauce
    Roasted vegetable pasta
    Singapore noodles
    Sweet potato curry
    Meatballs
