No. That was Dew*bury.

Bat*ey are the ones where they make up rules as they go along. I bought an item about a year ago. SEL said 90p. I was charged £1.50. I was given the excess back. I asked for a £2 gift card for the inconvenience and he would not budge saying he had given me 60p. T/C to HO who gave me a £20 gift card. Wooohoo!
